Congratulations to Matt Shetliffe and Brinsingamen Arthur of Bobernwood winner of the Cheshire, North Wales and Shropshire Retriever and Spaniel Society’s novice field trial at Checkley Wood, Cheshire. We are proud to have bred his dam – Be Fair of Fenway, who is a daughter of Fenway Brock.
Fenway Rocco is making quite a name for himself in the USA and has now won three American Kennel Club Elite Scent Work titles.

Gone fishing! Fenway Galileo, a seven-month old son of Fenway Tallin, is as steady as a rock on his first fishing trip to the River Tay in Scotland.

Many congratulations to Fenway Glory and her owner Tamara Pearson (secretary of The Midland Gundog Society)who have enjoyed such a successful season competing in working tests this summer as well as achieving the Kennel Club Working Gundog certificate. And at the United Retriever Club championship Fenway Glory won the Special Working bitch class. Fenway Glory is sired by Brigburn Perigrine and out of Wild Swan of Fenway and is litter sister to our own Fenway Grace.

To work right they have to be bred right AND be made right! Fenway Saracen (Afinmore Amsterdam x Fenway Sand Grouse) at six weeks old has all the qualities of conformation we want in a working gundog pup – the true Fenway stamp. Fast forward four weeks and this super pup is now settled on the Island of Jersey with his new owner.

At just 13 months old, Fenway Rocco (FT Ch Meadowlark Big Rock Fendawood x Fenway Melody) won a fistful of awards at the American Kennel Club’s scent work trial at Fort Wayne, Indiana USA.
His delighted owner, an established Labrador breeder, said: “I have never had a dog with such a desire to train and learn. He is the joy of my life.”.

I Believe I Can Fly
In early March 2020 our lovely Fenway Traveller (Fenway Brock x Miss America of Fenway) left us to start a new life in Switzerland.
His owners chartered a private jet to fly to the UK to collect him personally. He behaved impeccably on the flight – as any VIP (Very Important Puppy) would do – and is now happy and settled in his new home.
